My journey in the fitness world started with me out of shape and mentally at my lowest point. I had a dead-end job which had me unmotivated and led me to not taking care of myself which led to health problems and borderline depression.
I needed a sanctuary to clear my mind and recalibrate my focus on life as a whole. I started working out every day and pushing myself to the limit. Along the way I found myself surrounded by like-minded people who had stories of there own which quickly bonded us for one purpose; GAINZ. I always wore hats so every time I came to the gym I would have a new hat when working out. We always said we’re all about the GAINZ and it stuck. So my love for fitness and hats turned into a business and I’ve been pushing since late 2015 early 2016 with GAINZ. GAINZ pushed me to work out harder and stay focused and motivate others along the way. GAINZ is more than a brand to me; it saved my life.
